Ecotraz PS is a seamless, local aggregate polished screed using rapid installation technology to create the feel of polished concrete in a thinner section. The rapid cure cement based binder matrix allows large areas of screed to be installed in-situ. The Ecoflor SPC grinding and polishing process brings out the timeless beauty of the local aggregates within the matrix.
The Ecotraz PS cement based binder matrix employs polymer technology allowing thinner profile screeds to be installed quickly. Ecotraz PS base can be walked on within 16 hours of base installation. The Ecoflor SPC grinding process starts within 48 hours of base installation and is significantly quicker through the unique aggregate suspension systems employed within the binder matrix.
Ecotraz PS uses sand and aggregates local to projects to provide a more environmentally friendly polished screed solution. Ecotraz PS floors can be used typically within 4 - 5 days from start of installation (dependant on project size).
