Ecosmooth LV is an 8mm solvent free elastomeric polyurethane self-smoothing floor system for commercial, healthcare and institutional applications installed with a 6mm thick rubber crumb mat fully bonded to the substrate.
Ecosmooth LVNR self-smoothing system is suitable for floors subject to vibration and other dynamic forces due to its enhanced flexibility and can be laid over timber substrates (suitably boarded out). This flexibility provides a tough attractive floor finish with outstanding impact and scratch resistance.
The floor provides a quieter, more impact resistant surface than that of traditional epoxy self-smoothing systems and is ideally suited for applications where hygiene is the prime consideration such as hospital and healthcare environments. Unlike traditional vinyl sheet systems, this floor system provides a fully seamless floor surface monolithically bonded to the substrate eliminating any welds and potential bug traps.
Ecosmooth LVNR provides the highest return for value engineering through its life cycle costings in comparison to traditional epoxy and polyurethane self-smoothing systems, and also in comparison to other non-resinous materials such as traditional wood flooring and ceramic tile systems.
