Floor Grinding
Ecoflor has a fleet of diamond floor grinding machines to prepare most concrete floors prior to floor finish installation. Concrete grinding provides a smoother, more even surface profile which in turns provides a significant improvement in floor finishing, from thin film coatings to toppings for both new and existing floors.
Concrete Polishing
Ecoflor are specialists in concrete polishing and can grind and polish new and existing floors to provide a hard wearing, easliy cleaned aesthetic surface. Polished concrete is ideal for both commercial and industrial environments. Due to our machine capabilities we can often provide a more economic floor solution than competitors.
Terrazzo Polishing
Ecoflor are specialists in terrazzo polishing and operate during tight refurbishment schedules. Due to the advnaced technology, our grinding machines can run during night closures to minimise any disruption during refurbishments. We also have a range of stain-protecting impregnating sealers for newly refurbished terrazzo.
Latex & Adhesive Removal
Using our fleet of floor grinding machines, Ecoflor can grind and remove large areas of latex, tile adhesives and bitumen adhesives prior to subsequent floor coatings and toppings to be applied.
Joint Refurbishment & Grinding
Ecoflor can repair failing joints using high strength mortars. joints are then ground flush and re-sealed using polyurethane sealants prior to floor coatings. Joint refurbishment can be included within resin floor works.
Paint and Coating Removal
Existing coatings and floor paint can be removed using our diamond floor grinding fleet. If Ecoflor are re-applying coatings, the existing coatings can be abraded using our grinders for a quicker, more economic re-coating option.
